Order Processing

At SEALED Collective, every item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

This means your order goes into production before it ships.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • This is the time it takes to create your item before shipping
  • During high-volume seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped to you.


Shipping Time

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and any delays outside of our control.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Because each item is made to order, total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • United States: 5–13 business days
  • International: 7–25 business days

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Because we partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment provider, some items may ship separately.

This means:

  • You may receive multiple packages
  • Items may arrive at different times

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, SEALED Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If this occurs, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather or unforeseen events
  • High order volume
