At SEALED Collective, everything we create is intentional.

Each piece is made specifically for you the moment you order it. Because of this, we don’t operate like traditional retail—and that’s what allows us to offer unique, purpose-driven designs without overproduction or waste.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Preference or style differences

We encourage you to carefully review size charts and product details before placing your order. If you ever have questions before purchasing, we’re here to help.


If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We absolutely stand behind the quality of what we send out.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund when appropriate

Processing Replacements

If a replacement is approved, it will be remade and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Because each item is produced on demand, processing times will be similar to your original order.
